Exigo Management and the team renovates properties to improve our neighborhoods while giving families a fully renovated worry free home. We primarily focus within Metro Atlanta but are branching out with our wholesale division, Exigo Acquisitions. We take great pride in being a part of the gentrification around Atlanta. We're currently keeping our eyes on many areas around the Beltline in Westend and look forward to some new renovations there. Exigo Management keeps up with new businesses being built, current renovations by other investors and up and coming trends in the area to educate our investors before investing in a property. We not only want to do the best for our renovations, but most importantly, we want to make sure all of our investors are also profitable and return to us for their next deal.
