How It Works
A practical process for reviewing the property, discussing the scope, and preparing the home for market.
Step 1 — Send Property Details and Photos
Submit the property address, listing status, any updates or concerns already on your mind, and current photos if available.
An active or prior listing link may also help provide useful context.
You do not need to know exactly what the home needs. Share what you can, and Exigo can also work with the listing agent to discuss practical ideas based on local comparable properties and the home’s target market.
Step 2 — Receive a Review and Mockup Direction
Exigo reviews the property information, visible condition, and the updates being considered.
When helpful, mockup images may be created to help the agent and seller visualize potential changes before deciding whether to move forward.
Step 3 — Finalize Scope, Budget, and Funding Path
The next step is a conversation or property walkthrough to review priorities, timing, the proposed scope of work, and available payment or funding options.
Projects may be seller-paid, lender-funded, or handled through another approved payment arrangement depending on the property and circumstances.
Step 4 — Complete the Updates
Once the scope, pricing, and payment arrangements are approved, Exigo coordinates the agreed work.
The focus is on completing practical updates that help the home feel cleaner, brighter, better maintained, and more market-ready.
Step 5 — Launch or Relaunch with a Stronger Listing Presentation
After the approved work is completed, the agent and seller can move forward with updated photos, video, marketing, and a new or refreshed listing presentation.
Whether the home is being listed for the first time or relaunched after sitting on the market, the goal is to help it become a cleaner, more appealing, more marketable property buyers notice first.
