Exigo coordinates the agreed scope, crews, scheduling, communication, and moving parts so sellers and agents are not left managing contractors while also preparing the home for market.
EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK
Exigo is led by Jesse LeBlanc, Founder of Exigo Management, LLC, with project management support from Gregory Brown.
Jesse founded Exigo Management in 2014 after serving as a DeKalb County Police Officer, where he was recognized as Uniform Officer of the Year.
His background in real estate investing, property renovation, rental operations, and resale preparation helps shape Exigo’s practical, results-focused approach to market-ready updates. His renovation and rental experience has been focused entirely in Metro Atlanta, giving Exigo a practical understanding of local homes, buyers, agents, and seller concerns.
Gregory Brown has worked with Jesse as Project Manager since December 2014. Before focusing on single-family residential renovation projects in Georgia, Gregory worked as a foreman in commercial and multi-family real estate operations in New York.
Together, the team has managed a wide range of residential renovation projects, from smaller cosmetic updates to more involved layout changes and full-property transformations.
