Funding Options

Ways sellers may pay for approved property updates while considering cash flow, project size, and available third-party financing options.

Pay Directly for Approved Work

For smaller updates, or for sellers who prefer a straightforward payment process, approved work may be paid directly by the seller. Payment methods are confirmed before work begins and may include cash, check, Zelle, ACH, wire, or other approved arrangements.

Credit card payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional authorization, processing terms, and any applicable processing fees. Payment arrangements must be confirmed before work begins.

Once the scope, pricing, and payment arrangements are confirmed, Exigo can coordinate the agreed improvements and help keep the project moving toward completion.

Potential Exigo Lender Introductions

Exigo is working to develop relationships with local lenders who may be able to review renovation-funding options for qualified sellers. Any introduction would be to an independent third-party lender, and financing would remain subject to that lender’s approval process, underwriting requirements, available programs, rates, and terms.

Approval, Terms & Timing

Not sure which approach may fit the property and proposed scope?

Start with a property review so we can discuss the project before payment or financing arrangements are finalized.

Financing should be approved and payment arrangements should be confirmed before renovation work begins. Exigo does not make lending decisions, set loan terms, or guarantee approval, funding amounts, rates, funding timelines, or closing timelines.
